William Waldock, 1846

I William Waldock do hereby bequeath the whole of my property real and personal to the persons hereinafter mentioned in the following equally divided portions To Elizabeth Waldock my sister I bequeath one part To James Walduck my brother I bequeath one part To Jane Worboys my sister I bequeath one part To Sarah Walduck my sister I bequeath one part To John Walduck my brother I bequeath one part To Jefse Walduck my brother I bequeath one part To the two children of my dearest sister Ann Lucas I bequeath one part to be equally divided between them And in case of the death of either of them the whole share I direct to be given to the survivor I also bequeath to Ann Waldock my aunt the sum of twenty eight pounds lawful money to be taken from the ready money now in my pofsefsion previously to the whole property being divided into seven equal shares as above directed I also direct that Edward Tindale Surgeon of Ashwell and Isaac Picking Carpenter of Ashwell do act as my Executors I declare this to be my last will and testament as witnefs my hand this nineteenth day of May eighteen hundred and forty six. On the goods of William Waldock deceased Appeared Personally Edward Tindale of Ashwell in the County of Hertford Surgeon and made oath that he is of the attesting witnefses to the last will and testament now hereunto annexed of the said William Waldock late of Ashwell in the County of Hertford deceased the said will being contained on one sheet of paper and bearing date the nineteenth day of May eighteen hundred and forty six And he further made oath that the said deceased on the said nineteenth day of May eighteen hundred and forty six signed his name at the foot or end of the said in manner as same now appears in the presence of him the app..er and of Isaac Picking the other attesting witness thereto both being present at the same time and that they both signed their names to the said will as attesting the due execution thereof in the presence of the said deceased. Edward Tindale On the twenty second day of October one thousand eight hundred and forty six the said Edward Tindale was duly sworn to the truth of this affidavit by virtue of the annexed commifsion before me, Henry Morice, Commifsioner


Proved at London 27th Octr 1846 before the Judge by the oaths of Edward Tindale and Isaac Picking the Executors to whom admon was granted having been first sworn by comon duly to administer.
